1. Who we are

Fashionhub Fulfilment is a fulfilment service provider established in the Netherlands. We provide warehousing, order fulfilment, shipping, returns processing and customer service support for e-commerce businesses operating within the European Union.

2. Our role under the GDPR

In most cases, Fashionhub Fulfilment processes personal data on behalf of its clients. In these situations, we act as a Data Processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For personal data processed in the context of our own customer service, administration, invoicing and contractual relationships, we act as a Data Controller.

3. Personal data we process

Depending on the services provided, we may process the following categories of personal data:

We do not process payment details or sensitive personal data.

Customer service interactions are handled strictly within the scope of the instructions provided by our clients.
